3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the jlvvv platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the jlvvv platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jlvvv reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within them.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jlvvv will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify jlvvv immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jlvvv is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.1 Deposits

jlvvv accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jlvvv account balance instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance.

jlvvv does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other persons will be returned and may trigger an account review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) business day of approval.
• jlvvv reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the jlvvv platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a player deposits in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and applicable conversion fees may be charged by the player's payment provider.

4.4 Transaction Fees

jlvvv does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. jlvvv is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jlvvv Casino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be specified in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on games that are excluded from wagering requirement contribution will not count toward fulfilling the requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jlvvv reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonuses, and suspend or permanently close accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.1 Game Availability

jlvvv Casino offers a library of over 500 games including slots, live dealer table games, fishing games (including Gold Toad Fishing), bingo, and sports betting. Game availability may vary and is subject to change without notice. jlvvv reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the platform at any time.

6.2 Random Number Generation

6.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, jlvvv reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. 6.5 Disconnection Policy

If a player is disconnected from the platform during an active game round, the game will continue to its natural conclusion in accordance with the game's rules. The outcome will be recorded and the player's balance updated accordingly upon reconnection. jlvvv is not liable for losses incurred as a result of disconnection caused by the player's internet service provider or device.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlvvv platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one player account on the jlvvv platform.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void.
• Money Laundering: Using the jlvvv platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity. jlvvv is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to deposits made to your jlvvv account.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jlvvv staff, support agents, or other players.

All content on the jlvvv platform — including but not limited to the jlvvv brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jlvvv Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlvvv platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the jlvvv platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jlvvv content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlvvv Casino shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jlvvv platform, including but not limited to:

12.1 Suspension by jlvvv

jlvvv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jlvvv reasonably determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player is under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jlvvv.
• jlvvv is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to jlvvv.

12.3 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jlvvv's customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after all pending wagering requirements are resolved.

In the event of a dispute between you and jlvvv Casino, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jlvvv's customer support team. jlvvv will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are registered in the Philippines may also have the right to refer complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.
